Jack Chu

Mr. Jack Chu, is the Chairman & President of RA Consultants Ltd. an investigation & protective services company headquartered in Hong Kong.

He has been CEO of this company since 2000 and operates offices as well in the People's Republic of China, with branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Xiamen and Dalian. RA Consultants Ltd. has close contacts and a wide-range of connections with high-ranking PRC officials and institutions.

RA is able to offer its clients a comprehensive range of related services which can be divided into the following key areas: Investigative Services, Intellectual Property Protection, and Risk Management & Competitive Research, and Protective Services. Under Mr. Chu’s leadership RA maintains the highest professional and ethical standards in order to deliver quality service to its clients.

Mr. Chu has amassed 35 years of valuable experience in the Private Investigation & Security field. Having worked in Chinese law enforcement for more than 20 years in China and Hong Kong, Mr. Chu has since dedicated himself to service private corporations and law firms over the past 18 years. Prior to founding RA Consultants, Mr. Chu was V.P. of Renful Security Group based in HK from 1995 to 2000.  He is a member of the ASIS International Investigation Council where he is committed to the continued growth of the association. Mr. Chu is also a member of INTELNET, W.A.D (World Association of Detective) and CII (Council of International Investigator).

Mr. Chu has expertise in Chinese law and foreign policy having graduated from Hebei University in 1978 in China. Furthermore, he has postgraduate qualification in International Politics from the London School of Economics.
